Dare to Dream
The conference will be held this year at Perla Hotel in Baile 1 Mai, Nr. 65/B Oradea, jud. Bihor, which is just outside of Oradea, Romania. You can view the hotel at the following link www.perla1mai.ro
We will begin at 10:00 hrs on the 10th May with Registration and complete our time together with lunch on the 13th May 2009. You can view the schedule schedule. We are excited to have Jim Elwell from Tyndale House as our guest speaker this year. You will find more details about him below.
Registration will be 50 Euro's, which is to be paid at the beginning of the conference. We encourage you to register as soon as possible, with the latest date being the 1st May 2010. Please complete the registration form registration.

Jim Elwell
James F. Elwell is currently the Director of International Publishing at Tyndale House Publishers. Having first joined Tyndale in 1984, he has twenty-five years of experience in the Christian publishing field. He has served in the areas of marketing, sales management, domestic and foreign rights sales, exports sales, and publishing management. After his initial term of service at Tyndale, he worked for Scripture Press for seven years before establishing New Media Publishing Concepts. This was a book publishing and packaging company that specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing Christian children’s products. The venture was a co-edition publishing concern operated in association with Baker Book House. He then served as publisher at Domain Communications before returning to Tyndale House in 2002 and his present duties.
Jim graduated from Moody Bible Institute after completing study in pastoral training and holds a B.A. in Biblical studies from Wheaton College. He is grateful to have been married to Ellen Banks Elwell since 1974. She is the author of more than a dozen Christian books published by Crossway, Intervarsity, Victor Books, Hope Publishing and Tyndale House Publishers. Mirela DeLong
Mirela DeLong has worked with the Romanian publisher LOGOS from its beginnings, in 1992. Mirela studied languages, English and French, and the University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and after a short stint as an English teacher, started working for LOGOS. Her work as a translator and editor for LOGOS was interrupted between 1995-2001, when she married and lived in the US. In 2001 she resumed work with LOGOS. Mirela has always been committed to making good Christian literature available to Romanian readers. |
